Processor To Subprocessor Agreement

Wolters Kluwer has the right to use the following sub-missions for the processing of personal data under the contract: A subcontractor cannot use the services of a subcontractor without the prior written or written authorization of the processing manager. When authorization is granted, the subcontractor must enter into a contract with the subcontractor. The contractual terms of Article 28, paragraph 3, must provide a level of protection for personal data equivalent to that of the contract between the processing manager and the subcontractor. Transformers are responsible for processing compliance with the subprocessings they use. (c) Ethnio may cease to provide or the subscriber may agree not to use (temporarily or permanently) the particular aspect of an ethnio service that would involve the use of the subprocessor for the processing of personal data. 2.1 “agreement,” the agreement between the parties, which includes the content of the CGVs, this sub-treatment agreement, as well as any other agreement that may be reached between the contracting parties regarding the customer`s use of the service. 8.1 This sub-treatment contract applies as long as Wolters Kluwer processes personal data on behalf of those responsible for processing under this sub-treatment contract. The customer is responsible for immediately notifying Wolters Kluwer if the contract between the customer and a processing manager has been terminated and if the personal data processed by Wolters Kluwer on behalf of the data holder is deleted by Wolters Kluwer. 1.1.8.2 the transfer of personal data from the company by a contract subcontractor to a subcontractor or between two branches of a commercial subcontractor, at least where such transmission would be prohibited by data protection legislation (or by the conditions of data transfer agreements put in place to impose restrictions on data protection); A copy of this data processing agreement (subprocessor) is included in the following package: 1.1.10 “subcontract” refers to anyone mandated by or on behalf of the subcontractor to process personal data on behalf of the company in connection with the agreement. A subprocessor is a third-party data publisher mandated by Ethnio, which has access or may be processed via service data (which may contain personal data). Ethnio hires different types of subprocessors to perform different functions, as explained below.

Ethnio refers to third parties who do not have access to or have access to service data processing, but who are used to provide services as “contractors” and not as subcontracts.
